1. Introduction

Welcome to Coy Designs. By accessing or using our website, social media pages, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Products

  • All products displayed on our website/social media are subject to availability.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • Sizes are provided in detailed charts; customers are responsible for checking the size guide before purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes (if any).
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Online Payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location:
    • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 working days
    • Other governorates: 3–7 working days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, provided the item is:
    • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
    • Not part of clearance/sale items (unless defective).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with proof (photos or videos), and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, and logos on our platforms are the property of Coy Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Coy Designs is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies or unforeseen events beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
